Goal
You store your personal Recruitee API token in your Klara account.
Requirements:
You have administrator access to your Recruitee account and can create the API token in the settings.
You have access to the Klara dashboard with permission for system settings.
1. Create Recruiter API Token
- In Recruitee, go to Settings > Apps and Plugins > Personal API Tokens.
- Click + New Token in the top right to create an API token.
- Assign a name, e.g., Klara AI, and generate the token.
- Enter the verification code you receive by email to activate the token.
- Copy your Company ID and the API token for further use.
2. API-Token in Klara hinterlegen
- Log in to the Klara dashboard.
- Open Company Data (left menu).
- Enter the Recruitee Company ID and the API token in the designated fields.
- Click Submit to establish the connection.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
I receive an error when connecting.
– Check whether the Recruitee ID and API token have been entered correctly.
The API token no longer works.
– Generate a new token in Recruitee and save it in Klara again.
